Can’t go wrong with this dealer amazing service

We recently went through the buying process. We started looking online and talking about what we wanted and needed and what year(s) we would be interested in, we had a plan. We have a friend who works here and he wanted us to come in to Dilawri and he would also have someone come talk to us. We did our rounds online and to two other dealerships, the 1 dealership has never gotten back to us, but we were assured that they had access to 8 different dealerships and would find us what we were looking for, crickets. Off we went to Dilawri and we met Jonathan a very nice person and interested in working with us. During the initial conversations, they did not have what we were looking for but would actively look for us and let us know. My husband has mobility issues so it is not an easy drive to a few different places and test drive, getting in and out of vehicles is not easy for him. Fast forward, we went to another dealership and did a test drive, it was a 2 year old Pacifica, with things we wanted however, there was some rust already forming and it had a cracked windshield, we left to have further discussions. Gave Jonathan a call and asked if he was available for us to come back in, he replied yes. This was a Saturday a few days after our initial visit. That being said, we are now the proud owners of a 2024 Dodge Caravan and we love it. Through all of our discussions and negotiating, we met a few lovely people at Dilawri and couldn't be happier. We have done one road trip and I was amazed at the gas mileage, checking things on the app is great as well. Thank you Jonathan and everyone else involved, we are happy. On a side note, it has been a long time since I have been involved in negotiations on a new vehicle, during this whole process, I was not dismissed because I was female, I also like the fact that our hands were shook each time we came in and when we left and they didn't dismiss my husband as he uses a walker. All round it was a great experience for us. Sorry it took me so long to write this review.

The best service experience I’ve had for my Jeep in Ottawa and this is coming from a long time BMW club member!! The communication, service , drop off were all excellent. Shout out to Tim for making this extremely pleasant.

Great atmosphere, straightforward and honest about everything which is very rare from my past experiences, I walked out feeling confident in my purchase—would absolutely recommend.
