Dilawri Chrysler Ottawa , Regarding starting issues for my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire. First off I want to apologize to the Service team - Devlin - Ryan - Tim - for my tardiness in getting this review posted . My 2005 Crossfire had a tendency to not start from time to time. Enough episodes that I wasn't driving it for fear of being stranded . Which took the idea of a drive with the top down a worry for me, one that I wouldn't get home with the car. I needed a Chrysler service team that had a OBD2 scanner, which I could not locate in the east end of Ottawa. The team at Dilawri Chrysler had two OBD2 scanner, and one of them is owned by the technician - Jean Gaulin. He deducted that the issue was a faulty / sticking Clutch position switch. This goes to show that going to a knowledgeable technician pays dividends.Once fixed, at a reasonable cost, I now have a great droptop that i can drive with confidence all autumn long. Thank you Service Team at Dilawri Chrysler.

I recently bought a jeep from this location, and Julianna was incredible. I submitted an interest/intake form on the Jeep I bought over the weekend, and by 0830 Monday morning Julianna had reached out and was helping me set up next steps. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the full process, and after buying the Jeep has continued to support and check in. She even put together an awesome walk around video tour of the Jeep since I was reaching out while I was out of town, and had it put together in less than twenty minutes.
