We came to Dilwari because they had a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica that we were interested in. Took it for a test drive and managed to negotiate a good price for the vehicle and for our trade in. We noticed a couple of issues after the test drive and the sales manager agreed to resolve them. They also put on a new set of brakes and tires for safety, which probably would not have happened through a private sale. The sales rep, Dante, was very patient with us as our family of 5 inspected everything and fitted in the car seats. The finance manager, Naz, was straightforward with the financing cost and we opted to get an extended warranty. All in all we are very happy with the vehicle and the overall sales experience. When it comes to purchasing our next vehicle, we will check Dilawari's inventory first. Again, very happy with the vehicle and overall experience and staff at this dealership. One last note to add - as the vehicle is new to me, i have not had to take it back in for any warranty issues. Most of the 1 star reviews are due to issues relating to servicing and repairs. Hopefully I do not have the same experience in the future, but if I do, I will update this review.
