This week I visited Dilawri Chrysler to explore purchasing a newer used car, upgrading from my 2012 Honda Civic to a 2020 Audi A3. Julianna assisted me with the sale. I traded in my Honda and negotiated a fair price for this beautiful vehicle. The test drive was fun and Julianna was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff team here were all fabulous, especially since I had been dealing with my car being stolen a few weeks prior, which was why I decided to purchase a new car. I found exactly what I was looking for. Avery the finance manager was very helpful in explaining the eldetails to me and provided me with various warranty options. This location has many off-brand luxury vehicles available at a fair price in excellent condition. Unlike many dealerships, I did not feel like they were pushy or aggressive in their sales approach. Thanks for a great experience. I'd return in the future and recommend this location to my family and friends.

Julianna is great and quick to respond to your questions. She has a calm demeanor which is important for me. Also the new sales manager Nick is awesome and a real customer service person who really cares about your experience.
